CANCELLATION POLICY

DIVINITY GLOW BOOKING POLICIES Your appointment time is reserved just for you. These policies help us provide a calm, personalized experience and respect every client’s time. DEPOSITS A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment and is applied toward your service total. The deposit amount is shown when booking. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule\. With sufficient notice, your deposit may transfer once to a future appointment\. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total or the deposit amount, whichever is greater. Your deposit is applied toward this charge; only the remaining balance is owed. A new deposit is required for your next appointment. NO-SHOWS Missing your appointment without contacting Divinity Glow incurs a charge of 100% of the scheduled service total. Your deposit is applied toward this charge; only the remaining balance is owed. A new deposit is required to book again. LATE ARRIVALS Please contact Divinity Glow as soon as you know you will be late. Appointment end times cannot be extended, and a shortened service may be offered at the full scheduled price. Arriving 10 or more minutes late may require rescheduling if the service cannot be completed in the remaining time. In that case, the late-cancellation policy applies. Contacting us does not guarantee we can accommodate a late arrival. OUTSTANDING BALANCES Cancellation and no-show balances must be paid before another appointment can be confirmed.
