Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: I ask that all clients cancel their appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Anything after 24 hours you will be charged a fee of 30% of the service to the card on file. Appointment reminders are sent 72 hours before service and 24 hours beforehand, providing time for any changes needed to be made. I understand life happens, if an emergency comes up within 24 hours of the appointment time, your appointment may be rescheduled and the deposit will transfer over to the new appointment date.
LATE POLICY: It's important to me to be able to serve everyone promptly. Please contact the Suite ahead of time via text, call, or email if you are running behind. If your more than 15 minutes late for your appointment:
- If your appointment is 30 minutes or less, your appointment will be canceled and up to 50% service fee will be charged to the card on file.
- If the appointment is longer than 30 minutes, you will get the remaining time left in your appointment and that is it. Your service will be conducted at that time but will not proceed over, as we have other clients scheduled for appointed times. You will be charged the full-service fee for the original service scheduled.
NO-SHOW POLICY: If a client no-shows for a scheduled appointment, the card on file will be charged 100% of the service fee.
A card is required to be kept on file and will only be charged at the end of services provided and/or if the client violates the cancellation policy.
