Cancellation Policy I completely understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please try to inform me 24 hours before your appointment. Appointment reminders are sent 72 hours and 24 hours beforehand, providing time for any needed changes. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will have a 50% fee. Thank you so much for respecting my time — I always want to respect yours. No-Show Policy When an appointment is missed without notice, it creates a significant gap in my day that cannot be filled. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. This isn’t meant to be harsh — it simply helps keep my small business running smoothly and ensures I can continue providing the best experience possible. Late Arrival Policy If you’re running a little behind, don’t stress — just send me a quick message to let me know. If you expect to be 15–20 minutes late, please reach out so we can plan how to best adjust your appointment. My goal is always to give you the most relaxing experience while also keeping appointments flowing for everyone. Deposit Policy A non-refundable deposit is required when booking. This simply holds your spot and helps prevent last-minute changes. Your deposit: • Goes toward your final service total • Is forfeited only if the appointment is canceled late, missed, or rescheduled last-minute • Will require a new deposit for a new appointment This policy keeps things fair and allows me to continue offering the one-on-one care I love giving.
